Overview

This website is operated by Nekofy. Throughout the site, the terms “Nekofy,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to the operator of Nekofy.

By visiting nekofy.net, purchasing a product, submitting a custom order, requesting design or printing services, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this website.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or purchase products or services from Nekofy.

1. Online Store Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

You may not use Nekofy products, services, artwork-upload features, or website functionality for any unlawful purpose.

Nekofy reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, prohibited content, unavailable products, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

I make every reasonable effort to display product photographs, colors, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and other details accurately.

Because displays, printing methods, manufacturing methods, materials, and production runs can vary, actual products may have minor differences from photographs or digital previews.

Product availability, pricing, specifications, and quantities may change without notice.

Some products may be:

  • Handmade or prepared directly by Nekofy

  • Made to order

  • Produced by third-party printing partners

  • Fulfilled through print-on-demand or dropshipping partners

  • Limited edition or available only while supplies last

3. Orders and Payment

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including:

  • Product selection

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Color

  • Shipping address

  • Uploaded artwork

  • Personalized text

  • Design specifications

An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, I may contact you to offer a replacement, alternative, store credit, or refund.

4. Processing and Shipping

Most Nekofy-made and made-to-order products require approximately 1–2 weeks of processing time before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Some products are fulfilled by third-party production or fulfillment partners. Because of this, products within the same order may ship separately and may have different tracking numbers or delivery times.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery schedules may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside Nekofy’s direct control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to Nekofy’s posted Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible standard products may be returned according to the return window and conditions stated in that policy.

Custom Printed Products

Personalized, made-to-order, and custom printed products are final sale once production has begun.

These items cannot normally be returned or exchanged because they were produced specifically for the customer and cannot reasonably be restocked or resold.

This includes products printed using customer-supplied artwork or specifications.

If a custom product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from an approved specification due to a Nekofy or production-partner error, please contact support@nekofy.net.

6. Custom Design Services

Payments for custom design work compensate Nekofy for the time, skill, research, concepts, drafts, revisions, and creative work performed.

Once design work has begun, payments are not automatically eligible for a full refund.

If a customer cancels a project after work has started, Nekofy may issue a partial refund based on the amount of work that remains incomplete. Charges covering work already performed are non-refundable.

The number of revisions included in a project will be communicated before or during the ordering process.

Additional revisions, substantial changes in direction, or work outside the originally agreed scope may require an additional fee.

7. Proof Approval

When a proof is provided for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Approval confirms acceptance of the visible design, including:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Phone numbers

  • Addresses

  • Dates

  • Dimensions

  • Placement

  • Colors

  • Artwork

  • QR codes

  • Other customer-provided information

Once a customer approves a final proof and production begins, the order cannot normally be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded due to an error that was visible in the approved proof.

8. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

By uploading or submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, characters, text, graphics, or other material to Nekofy, you represent that you own the material or have sufficient permission to use and reproduce it for the requested purpose.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary copyright, trademark, publicity, licensing, or other permissions for customer-supplied material.

Nekofy may refuse a printing or design request when there is a reasonable concern that the requested use would violate another party’s intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Nekofy.

9. Nekofy Artwork and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original Nekofy branding, mascot artwork, original characters, graphics, illustrations, photographs, website design elements, and other original creative material remain the property of Nekofy or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights in the artwork appearing on that product.

No Nekofy artwork may be reproduced, resold as digital artwork, commercially redistributed, or used to manufacture unauthorized merchandise without permission.

Licensed products, when offered, remain subject to the intellectual-property rights of the applicable rights holders.

10. Mature / 18+ Content

Certain areas of the website may contain products, artwork, or themes intended only for adults.

Sections clearly marked 18+, After Dark, or similar are intended for persons who are at least 18 years old.

By intentionally accessing those sections or purchasing products clearly designated as 18+, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction.

Nekofy reserves the right to restrict access to mature-content sections or cancel an order when legally required.

11. Third-Party Production and Fulfillment Partners

Nekofy may use third-party companies to manufacture, print, package, or ship certain products.

These partners may receive the information reasonably necessary to complete an order, such as:

  • Customer name

  • Shipping address

  • Product selection

  • Order specifications

  • Uploaded production artwork

Their handling of personal information is also subject to applicable privacy requirements and Nekofy’s Privacy Policy.

12. Design and Product Requests

Submitting a product idea, design request, suggestion, reference image, or inquiry does not guarantee that Nekofy will accept, produce, stock, or manufacture the requested item.

Quotes and project proposals may have expiration dates and may change if the requested scope, quantity, specifications, or production costs change.

13. Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

Nekofy may correct pricing, typographical, configuration, or product-information errors.

If a material pricing error affects an order that has already been submitted, I may contact the customer before fulfillment to provide the correct price or offer cancellation and a refund.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Nekofy website may use or link to third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, production partners, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Nekofy is not responsible for the independent content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services outside Nekofy’s control.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nekofy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when Nekofy’s products, services, policies, or legal obligations change.

The version posted on this website at the time of use or purchase applies subject to applicable law.
